The pancake mixed used here is from Trader Joe's Multigrain Baking & Pancake mix. I found that these keep me full because of the multigrain, opposed to traditional white-flour pancakes.
Ingredients:
Mix all ingredients but the banana together. Heat a large skillet or griddle pan with Pam spray. Once you have your pancakes scooped on the pan, add your sliced bananas. Flip pancakes over once batter is bubbling, cook until lightly golden brown.
Enjoy with some natural maple syrup!
