This is a great spicy addition to my Mozzarella Sticks! Just add a hollowed out Jalapeno around your mozz stick and your good to go.
Ingredients:
1 package of part-skim mozzarella sticks (I bought the 12 pack but if you want more or less buy different.)
1 package of Nasoya All Natural Egg Roll Wonton Wraps
12 Jalapenos, washed and sliced down the middle- seeds removed
Oil for frying
1 small jar of marinara sauce for dipping

In a nut shell:
Wrap your deseeded jalapeno around the mozz stick. Fold the wonton wrapper around the mozz stick and place in heated oil. Cook until golden brown and serve with marinara sauce.
