Mozzarella Sticks
Makes 12 sticks
Ingredients:
1 package of part-skim mozzarella sticks (I bought the 12 pack but if you want more or less buy different.)
1 package of Nasoya All Natural Egg Roll Wonton Wraps
Oil for frying
1 small jar of marinara sauce for dipping

First Steps:
Unwrap all the mozzarella sticks. Place one stick on one wanton wrapper, close tho the corner, horizontally.
Roll bottom flap up, then left and right sides. [Tip: I dipped a spoon in water and brushed it on the two side flaps to help hold them in place.

Repeat first steps until all sticks are rolled in their own wrapper.
In the meantime you should have a medium to large size frying pan heating oil for frying.

Once the oil is ready for cooking, place a few sticks in the oil at a time. Cook until light brown on each side, or desired crispness. About 2 minutes each side. You don't want to over cook, the cheese will explode!
