- 8 oz pkg. light cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. sour cream
- 7-8 whole dill pickles, chopped (I used baby pickles)
- 1 1/4 t. garlic salt & pepper to taste
- pickle juice (optional - I used about 1 tbsp spoon)
- potato chips
Step 1:
Chop up your pickles. This original recipe called for 5-6 pickles chopped, I was really looking for the pickle flavor so I used about 8 baby pickles. You can adjust to your liking!

Step 2:
Mix together all ingredients except the chips. Stir in pickle juice to get the consistency you want. Cover and chill 24 hours. Serve with chips.
