I had wonton wrappers left over from my Mozz Sticks and I hate wasting food, so I rummaged through my pantry and made these yummy mini tacos!
Ingredients:

- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 lb of ground turkey
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (I like my food spicy)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes and chilies
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- your favorite taco toppings: sour cream, green onions, olives, etc.
First- Preheat the oven to 350'
Next, cook your meat until it's pink free.
Then add the can of tomatoes and chilies and cook for about 2 minutes.

Once the oven is preheated, mold one wrapper into each muffin pan cup. I fold the corners inward a little. I also sprayed the muffin pan with Pam before folding the wrappers for easy removal.
Once all wrappers are in place, I sprayed the top of them with Pam.
I placed them in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, until light golden brown.

Fill each taco shell with the meat mixture and top with cheese.
Toss back in the oven until the cheese is melted.
Top with your favorite taco toppings and ENJOY!
