- 1.5 lbs Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 16 oz. Salsa
- 8 oz. Light Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded light Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can of Corn - drained (Optional)
- 1 can of Black Beans- drained (Optional)
Directions:
- Bake chicken in crockpot for 3.5 hours on high (or 6.5-7 hours on low)
- Drain chicken juices
- In a separate bowl, stir salsa , cream cheese, beans, and corn.
- Pour mixture over chicken, cover and cook another 30 minutes.
- For last 10 minutes, top with shredded cheese.
