- 12 oz portion of Salmon
- 14 Asparagus spears
- 2 Tbsp whipped light butter
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 clove garlic pressed
- 3 tsp of lemon juice
- Ground black pepper & sea salt to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375'F
- Cut two pieces of aluminum foil large enough for each of the asparagus and salmon. Place on top of a baking sheet.
- Arrange the asparagus spears on foil and top with the salmon
- Mixed the remaining ingredients in a bowl to make a paste (if the lemon juice makes the paste too liquidity, add more butter)
- Smear the mixture on top of the salmon
- Cut tow more pieces of foil large enough to cover everything and fold up the sides to make a sealed pocket
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes
